Temple Operations help.
Getting started
- Create your organization’s workspace.
Choose a name and timezone. The free trial gives your organization 30 days to use the product without entering a card.
- Add the books you distribute.
Use available starter titles or add your own. Set a suggested amount if it helps your distributors log entries.
- Record opening stock.
Add quantities where the books actually are: temple storage, a vehicle, a team, or a distributor.
- Record a distribution.
Select books and quantities, choose who distributed them, and save.
Stock and distribution
What is a stock location?
A place where the organization’s books are held. It can represent a room, shelf, vehicle, team, or a person’s stock. Transfers move books between these places.
What if a distributor is away for a long time?
Their stock stays assigned between outings. Record distributions and replenishments as they happen; there is no requirement to return or close out at the end of a day.
Can I record earlier activity?
Use the date the distribution happened. The record also preserves when it was entered, so later entry remains understandable.
What if I make a mistake?
Find the entry in activity and use its correction action. The updated totals reflect the correction, while the history retains who recorded and changed it.
How are suggested amounts used?
Suggested amounts appear beside the selected book. Enter the amount collected, or leave it blank if unknown.
People and attribution
Distributed by identifies the person credited with the distribution. Recorded by identifies the signed-in person who entered it. They can be different.
Choose the correct distributor when entering for someone else. If the attribution is wrong, correct the entry rather than recording the same distribution again.
Points and reports
Your organization can use points on individual books or classifications with a shared point value. These are your center’s settings, not a universal scoring rule.
Use report filters to choose the period and people you need. Exports follow the authorized filter, including records beyond the page currently on screen.
Your account and trial
Will I be charged when the trial ends?
No. The trial requires no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. You must explicitly choose an available paid plan.
Can I use more than one organization?
Access is based on membership in each organization. Being a member of one temple does not grant access to another temple’s records.
Do I have to install a mobile app?
No. Use the browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. An internet connection is required to save changes.

Contact KCTech and include your organization’s name. Do not send your password or private records.
