When you contact us
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organization, topic, and message. These details are used to review and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid including passwords, payment credentials, or private donor records.
When you use the product
Temple Operations holds account details, organization membership, book and stock records, distribution activity, and the people attributed to that activity. The product preserves who recorded and corrected entries so your organization can understand its history.
Temple Operations accounts and organizations belong to that product. They are not shared with unrelated KCTech products.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in is optional. If you use it, Temple Operations receives your Google account identifier and email address to register or connect your account. It keeps the account link so you can sign in again. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts.
Connecting Google does not merge centers or change your permissions. You can manage the connection in your account settings. Removing it leaves your Temple Operations account and records in place.
Organization access
Access to operational records is based on organization membership and permissions. Being part of one organization does not provide access to another organization. Choose carefully who you invite and which access you grant.
Service providers
Hosting, email delivery, and payment services may process information needed to provide those functions. A paid purchase uses the configured payment provider; the free trial does not require payment-card details.
Cookies and technical information
The website and application use necessary security and session mechanisms, including form protection and sign-in cookies. Requests may produce operational logs used to diagnose service problems and protect the service.
Questions and requests
Use the contact form for questions about access, corrections, export, or deletion. Include the organization involved so the request can be directed appropriately. Access or deletion requests may require verification of your authority for that organization.
