Books offers a 30-day trial without a credit card. A trial does not authorize a charge. Any paid subscription requires an explicit purchase with its price shown beforehand.
Your organization’s records
Use the product to record your organization’s books and distribution activity. People entering for others should identify the credited distributor accurately. Corrections preserve an observable history rather than silently erasing the earlier record.
Account responsibility
Use individual accounts and keep credentials private. Only invite people you intend to give access to your organization. Do not use the service to gain access to another organization or disrupt other users.
Module subscriptions
The center owner chooses and pays for its modules. Members do not subscribe individually. Books is the available module today; optional scoring and payment tracking are settings within it.
Trial expiry and subscriptions
When trial access ends, new entries pause. The workspace presents the available subscription options and access to existing information and exports. Trial extensions or account questions can be discussed through KCTech support.
Connectivity
The current browser product requires an internet connection to save changes. A failed save is not a completed entry. Check the result before navigating away, and retry when the connection is available.
